Terms of Service

By using GhostOps (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

GhostOps is an AI operations platform for Shopify stores. It provides four AI agents — Support Triage, Product Copy, Social Media, and Email Marketing — that connect to your Shopify store, your Instagram, Facebook, and X accounts, and your email sending provider via OAuth.

Plans and pricing:

• Starter — $20 / month
• Growth — $59 / month
• Pro — $120 / month

All plans include a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months or unused generations. Usage limits reset at the start of each billing month and do not roll over. We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial email through the email agent
• Generate defamatory, abusive, or illegal content
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Circumvent usage limits or rate limits

The Service generates content using AI. Output may contain errors or inappropriate material. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving every AI output before it is published or sent to your customers. You retain ownership of content generated from your data and prompts. We do not guarantee accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose, and we may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service.

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. The Service integrates with Shopify, Instagram, Facebook, X, Stripe, and email sending providers; your use of those integrations is also subject to each provider’s terms. We are not responsible for their availability or reliability.

The Service and its code, design, and features are owned by GhostOps. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business during your subscription period. No sublicensing, reselling, or redistribution.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GhostOps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms by posting a new version here and updating the “last updated” date; continued use constitutes acceptance.
